On Thursday October 15, the Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) concluded that DFS is gambling, thus subject to the laws and regulations of the State of Nevada and the Gaming Commission. After a tumultuous week, filled with calls for investigations into allegations of insider trading, the other shoe finally dropped for the Daily Fantasy Sports industry (DFS).
